What is Qorwel?
It is a CRM for your company only — not a shared login with other businesses. Your team manages leads, customers, appointments, and follow-ups in one place.
How do we get started?
Tell us which plan you want. We prepare your CRM, then email your link and activation code. You open the link, enter the code, create your first admin, and sign in.
Where does our data live?
On your company CRM. Other customers do not share your database. Our team tools never replace your day-to-day CRM login.
Will we see an activation code on this website?
No. Codes are sent by email after your CRM is ready. This website is only for learning about the product and contacting sales.
Is pricing in AED?
Yes — listed prices are in AED for UAE and GCC teams. VAT may apply.
Who should sign into the CRM?
Your sales and service team. Buyers can use this website to learn and contact sales. Staff at DGTIA use separate internal tools — not your CRM login.
Can we start with core features and add sector tools later?
Yes. Every plan starts with the core desk tools. Sector extras (for example Real Estate listings) can layer on later without changing how your team already works.
Do you offer online self-serve checkout today?
Not yet. Today we start with a sales conversation so seats and setup match your desk. Online checkout is planned for a later phase.
What happens after we contact sales?
We confirm your plan and seats, prepare your CRM, and email your link plus activation code. You turn it on, create the first admin, and invite the team.
Who is DGTIA?
DGTIA is the company behind Qorwel. Qorwel is the product name you see on this site; contracts and legal notices may reference DGTIA.
