Privacy Policy
How DGTIA handles personal data on this marketing website and sales inquiries. Customer CRM records after activation are separate.
This policy covers qorwel / this public site and sales inboxes — not every record inside your licensed CRM.
We design processing around Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection) principles for B2B sales contact.
1. Scope
This policy applies when you browse this website, submit the contact form, email us, or otherwise send personal data to DGTIA about Qorwel plans. It does not replace any privacy notice that applies inside your company’s CRM after activation, where you are typically the controller of your customer records.
2. Controller
For marketing-site and sales-inquiry data, the controller is DGTIA (product: Qorwel). Contact details are listed below.
3. What we collect
- Identity & work contact — name, job context, company, work email, phone (if provided)
- Commercial interest — plan interest, seat hints, sector, message content
- Technical data — IP address, device/browser signals, rough location derived from IP, pages viewed, timestamps — for security, spam control, and (with consent) analytics
- Consent records — cookie / analytics preferences when the banner is used
We do not collect payment card data on this static marketing site.
4. Legal bases (UAE)
Depending on the activity, we rely on one or more of the following (PDPL-aligned):
- Contract / pre-contract steps — responding to plan requests and preparing an order
- Legitimate business interest — securing the site, preventing fraud/spam, B2B relationship management (balanced against your rights)
- Consent — optional analytics cookies where enabled; you may withdraw via Cookie settings
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting, or regulatory requests where applicable (including VAT records when a sale completes)
5. How we use data
- Respond to sales and support requests
- Qualify seats, sector, and commercial fit
- Issue quotes, invoices, and activation-related emails when an order proceeds
- Protect the website and our systems against abuse
- Improve content performance when analytics consent is on
We do not sell personal data.
6. Sharing
We may share limited data with:
- Form, email, and hosting providers that process data on our instructions
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) under confidentiality
- Authorities when UAE or other applicable law requires disclosure
- A successor entity in a merger or restructuring, under continued protection commitments
Processors are expected to protect data and use it only for agreed services.
7. Cross-border transfers
Qorwel targets UAE and GCC teams. Tools that support this site or our inbox may process data in other countries. Where we transfer personal data abroad, we take steps appropriate under UAE PDPL principles (for example contractual safeguards and vendor due diligence). By contacting us, you understand that pre-contract sales communication may involve such tools.
8. Retention
- Sales inquiries — kept while active, then for a reasonable business period (or longer if a contract / dispute / legal duty requires)
- Security logs — kept for a limited operational window unless an incident requires longer
- Analytics — according to the tool’s settings and your consent choice
9. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to a marketing site and sales inbox. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Activation codes are emailed to your company contacts and are never displayed on this public website.
10. Your rights
Subject to UAE PDPL and other applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing of marketing-site personal data we control. You may also withdraw analytics consent at any time. We may need to verify your identity and may refuse or limit requests where law allows (for example legal holds, fraud prevention, or where another person‘s rights would be harmed).
11. Your company CRM data
After activation, customer records in your CRM generally belong to your company as controller. DGTIA does not use those records for our marketing. Any support access is limited to contracted assistance, license enforcement, or legal compliance as described in the EULA.
12. Children
This site is directed at business buyers and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect children’s data for marketing.
13. Changes
We may update this policy for new orders and site visitors. The “Updated” date in the header will change. Material changes may also be highlighted on this page.
